Rules and Policies
Full payment needs to be completed at the time of check-in either online or at the office.
Reservation fee and taxes:
A flat fee of $3.50 per new reservations will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation notice is received:
-14 days or longer prior to check-in date:
option 1: Full refund less a $20.00 service fee.
option 2: Full park credit to be used within 1 year from original check-in date
less then 14 days notice : No refund but will receive park/store credit that must be used within 1 year original stay.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours. Generators are not permitted.
Dogs are permitted upon acceptance. Dogs must remain on a leash at all
times. Owners are responsible for any damages or
incidences caused by their pet. Owners must pick up
their dog’s waste. Dogs are not permitted to be left
outside unattended. No Excessive barking.
Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Please do not leave campfires unattended and ensure they are completely extinguished before leaving your campsite. Firewood is available for purchase at the park store.

You have reserved the assigned space you have paid for.
You are allotted that space for your camper and the
vehicle that tows it. Motorhomes that are towing an
additional vehicle/trailer are allotted the one towed
vehicle. You must be able to park in your space and not on
the lawn. Any additional vehicles, boats, trailers, work
trucks, etc. are subjected to an additional fee. All vehicles
must be properly registered. No off road vehicles driven
through the park allowed. You may tow them in and out.
Please contact management if you have more than the 1
additional vehicle.
No working on vehicles in the park.
All trailers and RVs must be in working order including
furnace, sewage, electrical, and all plumbing. No tarps
covering the roof or plywood on the sides.
The following must be met to stay month to month
- RV needs to be 10 years or newer and everything needs to be in proper working order. Older RV’s will be considered based one a case by case basis.
- Pass a background check
No discounts are offered for visitors staying for 28 days or longer.
